SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans oysters
2 c. cracker crumbs

Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Layer crackers and oysters in baking dish, beginning and ending with cracker crumbs. Heat milk, oysters, liquid, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce to boiling point. Pour over oysters and cracker crumbs. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven or until lightly browned.
