SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
1 stick butter
3/4 c. cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix crackers and butter together in bottom of casserole and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place oysters on top and sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs. Stir together cream and oyster liquid and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over top of oyster and cracker layers, and bake in oven at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 35 or 40 minutes. Serves 4.
