SCALLOP OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters, canned or fresh
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 c. Royal Lunch Cracker Crumbs

Butter dish, put in a layer of crumbs, then a layer of cut up oysters, then more crumbs. Continue until all ingredients are used, ending with the crumbs. Beat eggs and milk together until well blended; then pour over crumbs and oysters. Put this pan in another pan of cold water and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
