SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
3 cans oysters
64 cracker sqs. crushed
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. light cream (oyster juice and milk)
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Drain oysters, reserve juice. Combine crumbs and butter. Spread 1/3 crumbs in casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 of oysters. Sprinkle with pepper. Using another 1/3 of crumbs, spread a second layer. Cover with remaining oysters. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine cream, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over oysters. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until done.
