BERRY-ORANGE COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 of a 10 oz. pkg. strawberries, thawed
1/4 c. orange marmalade

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Combine egg and milk; add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Spread evenly in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Blend strawberries and juice with marmalade. Spoon over dough. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Cut in 4 tablespoons butter until mixture is crumbly. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
