BBQ CHICKEN & RICE 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. original Minute Rice
1 c. sweet corn
Garnish: green & red pepper as desired

1. Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet.

2. Stir in barbecue sauce and water. Cover; cook over medium low heat 20 minutes or until tender.

3. Stir in rice and corn. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
