BARBEQUE CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
1 1/4 c. barbeque sauce
1 1/2 c. minute rice
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. water
1 c. sweet corn

Brown chicken on hot oil. Stir in barbecue sauce and water. Cover. Cover over medium-low heat 20 minutes. Stir in rice and corn. Simmer 5 minutes.
