BARBECUE RICE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. celery
1 tsp. liquid smoke
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can broth
1/2 stick butter

Smother onions and celery in skillet with 1 stick butter. Add liquid smoke, salt, pepper and all soups. Add 4 cups cooked rice and bake 30 minutes at 300°F.
