BARBECUE RICE 
1 stick butter
1 c. celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt 1 stick butter in a heavy skillet or pan. Add celery and onion; cook until onion and celery appear clear. Add cream of chicken soup, liquid smoke, chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, remove from fire. Add 4 cups cooked rice and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good with any kind of meat.
