LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground meat
1 packet recipe meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 pt. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Brown meat with vegetables, add the dry spaghetti sauce recipe.

SAUCE:

1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Wesson oil
3 c. water
2 cans tomato paste (one 15 oz. can)
1 tsp. basil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Blend cottage cheese and eggs. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, spread thin layer of sauce. Next add dry noodles, add cottage cheese, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, dry noodles, remaining meat sauce and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 8.
