WESTERN CASSEROLE 
1 box macaroni and cheese
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
6 oz. tomato sauce or paste
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
Dash pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box. Brown meat, celery, onion and green peppers. Cook until tender; drain. Stir in corn, tomato paste or sauce, and water; salt and pepper. Add the macaroni and cheese; mix well.

Pour into a 2-quart casserole bowl. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. You may add a small can of English peas.
