“CRANBERRY-APPLE ICE” IS IN:

CRANBERRY-APPLE ICE 
A delicious ice to serve with pork, goose, or duck.

1 (14 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
equal amount of freshly-grated peeled tart apple (3-4 apples)

Mash cranberry sauce with a fork. Blend well with grated apple. Pour into freezing tray of refrigerator and freeze to a mush. Stir once during freezing.

Serves 8 to 12.

Note: Delicious served as an accompaniment to roast pork.
