STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lg. jar salsa
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. Colby, grated
1 c. Monterey, chopped
1 sm. can chopped chilies
1 can tomato sauce
1 can fried onions
4 lg. bell peppers

Fry hamburger meat; drain. Add salsa, tomato sauce and pepper and half can onions and 1/2 cup of cheese. Take top off of peppers and remove seeds; fill with meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Place in casserole dish with 1/4 inch water and bake 350 degrees until peppers are tender.

Note: If you want to use less meat, use 1 pound meat, 1 cup white rice.
