CHILI VERDE 
3 lb. stew meat
2 cans chopped green chilis
4 onions, chopped
4 peeled tomatoes or 1 lg. can
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano

Brown beef and onions. Add rest of ingredients and cook until tender. (Simmer 3 to 4 hours.)
