CHILI VERDE 
Pot roast
Green oretegas - canned
Canned tomatoes
Chopped onions
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Dice meat and keep juices from roast. Add chilies, cut in 2 inch strips, onions, tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper. Add water for amount of juice desired and cook approximately 1 hour. If it tastes flat or lacks color, you may add Vegex or bouillon cubes.
