BLACKBERRY JAM | |
6 c. blackberries 6 c. sugar 1 c. orange juice 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated orange rind Combine the blackberries and 1/2 cup water in a large skillet and cook until soft. Press the blackberries through a food mill, then add the sugar, fruit juices and grated rind. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the liquid sheets from the spoon. Pour, boiling hot into sterilized jars and seal. |
