London broil for 4 Fresh mushrooms Green peppers Onions, cut into quarters Italian green beans Chinese vegetables (opt.) Vegetable oil Soy sauce 1. Slice meat thinly and on an angle. 2. Chop up onions, mushrooms, peppers. 3. Fill large frying pan or wok with a generous amount of oil (fairly deep). 4. Heat pan with oil in it. 5. Add sliced meat, stir constantly until meat seems almost cooked. 6. Dump in all vegetables, keep stirring rapidly as it cooks (meat juices will mix with oil making good gravy). 7. Cook until vegetables are still crispy. 8. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. |
