CHINESE-STYLE ROUND STEAK 
1/2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 pkg. Chinese pea pods
6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Preheat browning dish for 1-2 minutes using manufacturer's instructions. Place steak and onion in dish. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave for 4 minutes; stir. Let stand for 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
