STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. thin round steak slice
5 strips bacon
1 onion
1 can sauerkraut

Debone and trim fat from steak. Place on steak in this order - onions, raw bacon and sauerkraut to cover. Roll up like jelly roll and tie. Place in roaster. Put excess sauerkraut around steak. Bake 1 3/4 hours at 325 degrees. May need to add some water during baking.
