KOREAN SALAD 
1 lb. bag fresh spinach
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried & broken into pieces

DRESSING:

1 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Pour dressing ingredients over salad ingredients shortly before serving. You may prefer to use only half of the dressing and reserve the other half for another time.
