BAKED BEANS 
2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans in tomato sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 slices bacon, cut in half & partially cooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 1/2 quart oven-proof dish, combine beans, onion, catsup, brown sugar and mustard. Top with bacon. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
