BAKED BEAN QUARTET 
2 c. chopped onion
12 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
2 (16 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans with tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar

In a skillet, cook onion and bacon until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, but not brown. Drain. In an oven-proof casserole dish, combine onion/bacon mixture and all remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes more or until of desired consistency. Serves 12.
