BAKED BEANS 
1/2 lb. dry baby lima beans
1/2 lb. dry kidney beans
Baking soda
White sugar
Dry mustard
Catsup
Worcestershire sauce
Salt pork (if desired)

Soak all beans overnight in water to cover. Next day bring to boil, skim foam off top. While boiling add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, quickly remove from heat, don't skim. Make layers going beans; 1/4 cup sugar; 1 tablespoon mustard; 3 shakes Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons catsup. Repeat until beans are done.
