BOURBON-BAKED BEANS 
6 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans, drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. bourbon
8 oz. med. picante sauce

Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered casserole. Cover, and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.

GARNISH:

1 can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter

Saute the pineapple chunks in the brown sugar and butter in a skillet until pineapple is candied. After removing beans from oven, spread over top. Serves 12 to 16.
