BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 heads broccoli
2 heads cauliflower
2 cans whole mushrooms (4.5 oz. size)
1 red onion, sliced round
1 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cut up broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Add to mushrooms in a large mixing bowl. Pour dressing over salad and let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
