CAULIFLOWER & BROCCOLI SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 finely chopped med. onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
2 stalks celery (diced)

Cut broccoli, cauliflower and celery into bite-size pieces. Mix all other ingredients with a mixer and pour over pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
