BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 heads of broccoli (flowerettes only)
1/2 head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Olive pieces
Tomatoes
Olive oil
1 c. English peas, cooked and drained

Wash and chop all vegetables. Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Toss with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with olive oil. No salad dressing needed. Of if preferred, hold olive oil and use favorite salad dressing. Crumble bacon on top just before serving.
