GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans seasoned green beans, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Mix the above ingredients and put in large casserole bowl. Take 1 tube Ritz crackers and crumble up fine. Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over the crumbs, wetting them real well. Sprinkle over casserole. Cover well and bake until it bubbles real well in a 350 degree oven. Serve hot.
