LEMON OR CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. nuts (pecans), crushed 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. Cool Whip 2 lg. pkgs. instant pudding (chocolate, lemon or vanilla) Combine until crumbly, butter, flour and nuts. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Combine confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Blend in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread mixture over crust. Prepare pudding. Spread over Cool Whip mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip for a thin layer and sprinkle with crushed nuts. Refrigerate. |
