CORN-ONION SHORTCAKE 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Several drops Tabasco
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix muffin mix, milk and egg and spread in a 10x13 greased pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and spread over corn muffin mixture. Top with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 350.
