CHOCOLATE SYRUP SHEET CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. plain flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can chocolate syrup (16 oz.)

Cream butter, sugar, eggs. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased and floured sheet pan.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. canned milk (undiluted)

Cook 2 minutes, after it comes to a boil. Add 1 small bag of chocolate chips. Spread on cake while hot.
