BROWNIE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk (can substitute 1/2 c. milk + 1 tbsp. vinegar, allow to sit 15 minutes)

FROSTING:

1/4 lb. butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. 10x sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour and sugar, set aside. Mix butter, cocoa, Crisco and water; bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into large jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. When cake is almost finished baking, start frosting. Pour frosting over hot cake and smear.
