CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES | |
2 c. sugar (powdered) 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. Creme DeMenthe or substitute 2 tbsp. milk plus mint flavoring (green food coloring to make 3rd tbsp.) 6 oz. chocolate chips 1 stick butter 1 baked batch of brownies Bake 1 large batch of brownies in 9 x 12 inch pan - cool. Mix together the 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 stick butter and 3 tablespoons Creme DeMenthe - pour over brownies and refrigerate. Melt remaining 1 stick of butter and chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over brownies and return to refrigerator. Great to serve at Christmas or on St. Patrick's Day. |
