CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar (powdered)
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. Creme DeMenthe or substitute
2 tbsp. milk plus mint flavoring (green food coloring to make 3rd tbsp.)
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 baked batch of brownies

Bake 1 large batch of brownies in 9 x 12 inch pan - cool. Mix together the 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 stick butter and 3 tablespoons Creme DeMenthe - pour over brownies and refrigerate. Melt remaining 1 stick of butter and chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over brownies and return to refrigerator. Great to serve at Christmas or on St. Patrick's Day.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
