2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
1 c. water

Cook to 300 degrees on candy thermometer. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon oil, 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring. Pour into cookie sheet, let cool, then break into pieces.
