CB'S MEATLOAF 
1 lb. hamburger, lean
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 pack saltine crackers
1 egg
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl combine hamburger, 1/2 pack crumbled crackers, 1 egg (beaten), chopped green pepper, chopped onion, 1 jar mushrooms, and salt and pepper. Then pour in 1/2 can of tomato sauce.

Mix well and pour into oblong glass baking dish. Into the other 1/2 can of tomato sauce add 1/2 cup brown sugar until thick. Add mustard and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar; mix well. Pour this on top of loaf as a glaze. Bake 1 hour on 425 degrees. Serves 4.
