ZIPPY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. saltines
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion

Mix together; form into a loaf and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
