PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour (if using self rising omit salt)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water (105 to 115)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water in 2 1/2 quart bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes.

HAMBURGER PIZZA:

Cook and stir 1/2 pound ground beef until lightly browned, drain. Sprinkle ground beef over pizzas before adding cheeses. Decrease Mozzarella cheese to 2 cups.

ITALIAN SAUSAGE PIZZA:

Cook and stir 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage until light brown, drain. Sprinkle sausage, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, variate as desired. Decrease Mozzarella cheese to 2 cups.

PEPPERONI PIZZA:

Arrange 1 package (4 oz.) sliced pepperoni over pizza before adding cheeses. Decrease Mozzarella cheese to 2 cups.
