SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 envelope 1 oz. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1 can 8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover. Refrigerate several hours until well chilled.
