BANANA NUT LOAF 
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas (2 or 3 bananas)
2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts

Cream butter until soft. Add sugar. Cream until fluffy. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Sift flour with soda and salt. Stir in nuts.

Bake in loaf pan one hour at 350°F.
