BANANA NUT LOAF 
1 c. sugar
1 c. (2 med.) mashed bananas
1/2 c. butter softened
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of a 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, blend first six ingredients and beat one minute at medium speed. Stir in remaining ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
