HAM AND CHEESE STRATA 
10 slices stale white sandwich bread
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 oz. sliced ham, cut in strips (1 1/4 c.)
3 c. cooked broccoli florets
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
2 c. milk
4 large eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. Spread 1 side of bread slices with mustard. Arrange 4 slices, mustard side up, over bottom of prepared baking dish. Top with half the ham, broccoli and cheese. Cover with remaining bread, mustard side down, slices overlapping. Top with remaining ham, broccoli and cheese. Whisk milk and eggs until well blended; pour over bread.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes until puffed, edges of bread are golden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
