RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 c. (cut) rhubarb, washed and dried 2 eggs, beaten (yolks and whites separated) 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour Mix beaten egg yolks, sugar and flour, and beaten egg whites last. Can be put in unbaked pie shell or in a baking dish (greased) - best that it be placed in a pan of water to bake. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees, then 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
