4 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 c. nuts

Boil sugar and milk for 5 minutes. Add butter and boil for 7 more minutes. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and nuts. Pour into shallow pan and chill until set.
