TURKEY AND RICE 
1/2 c. brown rice
1/2 c. wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 soup cans water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 pkgs. turkey tenderloin (4) breasts or 6 chicken breasts, skin removed

Mix rice, wild rice, canned soups and water. Pour into 9"x13" greased pan. Roll turkey or chicken in dry soup mix. Place in rice mixture. Sprinkle any leftover dry soup mix on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. More water may be added if necessary.
