1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
12 oz. tub Cool Whip
1 c. sugar

Crush Oreos in blender or food processor. Set aside. Mix together all other ingredients. Pour 1/2 of the crushed Oreos (dirt) in a 9"x13" pan. Spread the cream filling over the "dirt". Sprinkle the remaining "dirt" over the filling. Chill at least 12 hours before serving.
