1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (19.20 oz.) pkg. Oreos, crushed
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Gummi worms candy
Optional: 8" flower pot & plastic flowers

Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. In another bowl, combine milk and pudding mix, then add Cool Whip. Combine this mixture with the cheese mixture. Put 1/3 of cookie crumbs in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan (or flower pot). Add 1/2 filling mixture. Top with 1/3 more of cookie crumbs, then add remaining filling. Top with final 1/3 of cookie crumbs and freeze overnight. Take out 45 minutes before serving and decorate with candies and plastic flowers. Serve with a new trowel. Makes 12 servings.
