COCONUT PECAN SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Mix well with flour. Press into greased 8x8 or 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Beat 2 eggs until frothy. Gradually add 1 cup light brown sugar. Beat until thick. Add 1 cup chopped pecans, coarsely cut. 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt

Toss coconut with flour, vanilla, and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until well browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
