SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chicken
6 hard boiled eggs
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. salad dressing
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 c. green grapes
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cashews
1 pkg. chow mein noodles

Mix together chicken chopped in large chunks, chop up hard boiled eggs and celery; mix together. Set aside.

Mix together salad dressing, mustard and vinegar. Then mix it with chicken mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat mix in grapes and cashews and serve on a bed of chow mein noodles. Serves 6 people.
