CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 can corned beef, broken in pieces 6 oz. shell or elbow macaroni, cooked 1/4 c. American cheese, cubed 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped (opt.) 1 onion, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup) 1 c. milk Butter casserole. Mix first 5 ingredients, pour over this the soup diluted with milk. Place pieces of butter on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. |
