CHICKEN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 c. minute rice or use regular rice (precooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Season and fry until browned and place in casserole. Cover with rice. Mix soup and milk together and pour over rice and chops. Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours in moderate oven. Uncover the last 5 minutes.
